What to expect?
Thai Yoga Therapy takes place on a softly padded mat with the support of Yoga blankets. Clients can wear loose and comfortable clothing, such as Yoga pants and cozy t-shirt. The massage lasts 60 minutes with a short relaxation offered after the massage.
