upLIFTing Flow is a delicious and energizing class for those looking to move deeper into their practice, gain strength and release tension. We move through a flowing series of interconnected postures synchronized with the breath. Every practice is intended to be a complete experience, leaving you centered, grounded, refreshed. Flow, breathe, quiet the mind, find peace.
Warm Detox Flow
This class is practiced in a heated room and is designed to deeply purify the mind, body, and spirit. Expect a vigorous and dynamic vinyasa flow practice that will challenge, strengthen, build stamina and improve flexibility. Please come hydrated and prepared to sweat. This class is best suited for students who have previous vinyasa flow experience, know basic alignment, and are comfortable with common yoga terms.

Yin Yoga is a quiet, yet intense, practice suitable for students of all levels of experience. This class provides an opportunity to slow down and surrender. The poses are seated, supine or prone and are held for several minutes. There is a focus on the breath, being present in the moment, relieving tension and letting go. The Yin practice includes powerful mental and emotional benefits as its practitioner becomes quiet, still and mindful of the present.
A class structured to help you unwind, deknot, destress and reset after a long and hectic week. Class will start with dynamic movement, incorporate poses to build strength and finish with yummy restorative poses and rest. Set to music and offers an inspiring message and a deeply relaxing finish. All levels. 75 minutes
Slow Flow/Deep Restore Yoga
This class is designed to mindfully move you through vinyasa (breath linked with movement) during the first 35-40 minutes helping to release and let go of stress. The last 30 minutes will emphasize supported, restorative poses, pranayama (breathing), visualization, and meditation so you can connect body, mind and soul.
Yoga Foundation/Gentle Flow
A slower-paced flow, this class synchronizes movement with breath. A focus on stress release and relaxation makes it ideal for those new to yoga and exercise, pregnant students, and anyone seeking a gentler practice.
Friday Flow Yoga
This all-levels class is great way to unwind from the week and start your weekend! Bring your mind and body into balance with a guided vinyasa flow, during which we’ll practice alignment, breathing, and mindfulness as well as easy stretching. Practice at your own level — everyone is welcome!
Set to energizing music and incorporating a hybrid of two powerful, time tested exercise systems: yoga and sculpting. This class complements your regular yoga practice while pushing your strength and flexibility to new heights. We add free weights to each sequence, creating resistance and intensifying each pose in an effort to build lean muscle mass. It’s an extremely effective method to burn fat and improve fitness in a short amount of time.
Barre Sculpt is a true total body workout….cardio, yoga, and weight-lifting all in one. Suitable for all levels, this fun and effective class designed for women is a low-impact, intense, strengthening and toning workout focusing on the whole body---particularly, the legs, seat and abdominals. Class begins with a warm-up and includes upper body toning exercises, lower body exercises and stretches at a "ballet" barre, and a variety of core exercises. Combining moves from Pilates, ballet, and yoga, this class will help you achieve long, lean muscles, lift your butt, and create a more toned, sexy midsection. If you’d like a kick in the butt and would like to burn some extra calories, build bone density, tone up and leave feeling calm and strong then come to this class. Barre Express is the same as Barre Sculpt class, just a little more fast paced to get you in and out on that lunch break! Fun and challenging! 45 minutes
