Kember first started practicing yoga in the mid-2000s. A decade later, she stumbled upon a then brand new Lift Yoga studio and from there her life changed. Kember took her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2015 under the guidance of Kim Saunders, of Lift Yoga, and Sue Hopkins of Etowah Valley Yoga. Diving in deeper, Kember is nearing completion of a 300 hour training program through Johns Creek Yoga.
Kember believes that movement and music are medicine, always syncing the moving meditation of the yoga asanas with a soulful playlist. Her classes will leave you with a balanced body and mind, and to enrich a bit further, perhaps a gemstone or print out on the sacred language of Sanskrit.
