Class Descriptions

All Levels Flow

A vinyasa-style class with an energetic flow of interconnected postures synchronized with the breath. Offers generous options to suit every yogi whether you are starting yoga for the first time or have been practicing for years. This class promotes strength, balance, flexibility, and stress reduction.

Hot Power

If you are looking for a practice that will challenge you physically and mentally, this is the class for you. A vigorous and dynamic practice that will stretch and strengthen your body, and cultivate balance, stamina and flexibility. You will be wrung out and then juiced back up, ready to face any challenge that comes your way. Previous experience recommended.

This class is heated to between 90 and 95 degrees.

Warm or Hot Vinyasa

A dynamic, vinyasa-style class, practiced in a heated room, where the connection between breath and movement is maintained throughout. In Vinyasa styles of yoga, the poses are connected together smoothly, like a dance that flows from one asana into the next. The breath is what connects the mind and the body through the movement, as every transition is made on an inhalation or an exhalation. Each class is different and every practice is intended to be a complete experience, leaving you centered, grounded, and refreshed.

Warm Vinyasa classes are heated to 80-85 degrees.
Hot Vinyasa classes are heated to 90-95 degrees.

Yin Yoga

​​Yin Yoga involves allowing the mind to rest while the body holds an accessible stretch to target the connective tissues such as the ligaments, fascia, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice. Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine, and poses are usually held for 2-5 minutes, and is suitable for almost all levels of students.
Unless indicated, this class is not heated.
Warm Yin classes are heated to 80-85 degrees.

Mindful Flow

This practice incorporates mindful movement that integrates creative, thoughtful transitions and asanas for all levels of practice. Emphasis is on the awareness of the breath and sensations in the body to cultivate a balance of effort and ease. After clearing the pathways with flowing movement, you’ll then settle into deep stretches to settle your body and nervous system. Leave feeling regenerated and cleansed.

Roll + Restore

Need a body reset? Join us for a practice that incorporates the RAD myofascial tools (foam rollers, trigger point rounds, and recovery balls) to massage and hydrate our fascia. Fascia is the fabric of the body and this class will get it moving and stretch it out for positive, feel good results. Using simple techniques and movements, this class can deliver improvements in flexibility, muscle recovery, movement efficiency, and pain reduction. 

This class will not be heated, but the room will be kept slightly warm to aid in muscle mobility.

Slow Flow + Yin

​​Yin Yoga involves allowing the mind to rest while the body holds an accessible stretch to target the connective tissues such as the ligaments, fascia, and even the joints of the body. Yin yoga helps increase flexibility and in some cases can improve joint mobility over time.

The Yin practice will be followed by a meditative flow that allows you to stay present through slow and strong movement while connecting with your body and breath. Build strength while slowing down your mind, and open up energetic channels. This class is the full package to leave you feeling open, fluid, and alive!

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt is a yoga, cardio, and strength fusion. This class is sure to deepen your yoga practice by allowing longer holds in powerful poses, increasing your strength by adding weights, and increasing your cardiovascular fitness all at the same time. Each class will end with a few minutes of relaxation, which allows you receive all the benefits of yoga and fitness, combined!

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, typically induced by a guided meditation. It is said that one hour of Yoga Nidra equates to 4 hours of deep sleep. Let this candlelit class with soft music and twinkling lights bring you to a complete state of balance, peace, relaxation and rejuvenation.

Warm Detox Flow

This class is a dynamic vinyasa flow practice in a heated room, which develops increased strength, flexibility, and balance. This practice typically includes optional intermediate to advanced transitions and postures. Some previous yoga experience is recommended.

This class is heated to between 80 and 85 degrees.

Yoga Foundations

A slower-paced class focused on the fundamentals of a Vinyasa flow. Gain strength, balance, and flexibility. Class focuses on alignment and exploring the basic standing and seated poses, backbends, and twists. Modifications and ample guidance will be provided to create a practice that suits YOU and helps you to create a foundation that serves you throughout your lifetime. This class is ideal for every yogi including those new to yoga, pregnant students, as well as experienced yogis who are looking to return to the foundations of their practice.

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is for everyone and is all levels but can be especially helpful for those with mobility and or balance issues. Chair-based yoga poses are mostly in a seated position with options and variations to stand beside or behind the chair while using the chair for support. Movement is slow and measured, utilizing focused breathing and intent. Props such as light hand weights, a yoga strap, and yoga blocks are utilized to aid in the poses. Chair yoga also integrates deep breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques to promote a sense of calmness and stress reduction. Twisting poses, while seated, helps to aid digestion, lower back pain, and circulation. Chair yoga can help with joint lubrication, flexibility, strength, stability and balance.

Full Moon Flow

Full moons are here to illuminate our potential. This is a powerful time to gather with the community and get back to feeling grounded and at ease. Join us for a Full Moon Flow each month, where we move in order to unblock stuck energy so we can experience our full capacity of mental and physical strength. Each practice will include time for mindfulness and or guided meditation. All levels are welcome in this creative, fluid, and wonderful practice!

Science of Stretching

Science of Stretching is a targeted mobility training method that works to open up your body. No experience is required. No matter what your current range of motion in parts of your body are there are multiple options for each pose to help start increasing ROM (range of movement). This simple, science-based approach is effective for everyone. Time under passive tension means poses are held anywhere from 2 to 5 minutes using an active breathing technique. Add this class as a supplement to your established yoga, yin, strength training, martial arts, or cardio practice for a noticeable increase in flexibility.

Sunday Sadhana

Sadhana is the Sanskrit word for practice. Sunday Sadhana incorporates a blissful blend of all 8 limbs of yoga including mindful movements, breath work, and quiet moments of meditation and reflection, all thoughtfully weaved together to turn our practice on the mat into a sacred ritual. This class is accessible for all levels.

  • Please speak SOFTLY inside the yoga room. If you are waiting for a class, please be respectful and keep the noise down.
Be on Time
  • Our teachers start and end on time, so arrive 10 minutes early to get set up.
  • IF you need to leave early, please let the teacher know and leave BEFORE final relaxation.
