Barbell Strength utilizes the barbell to strengthen and tone all major muscle groups by utilizing focused and accessible exercises. If you are looking to "up the ante" on your strength training regimen, these classes are the ticket! Pre-registration is required as there are only 13 spots open to each class.
Barre is a true total body workout: cardio, yoga, and muscle strengthening all in one. Suitable for all levels, this fun and effective class is a low-impact, intense, full body strengthening and toning workout. Combining movement from Pilates, ballet, and yoga, this class will help you build bone density and muscle tone. By the end of this empowering class, you'll feel strong in body, mind, and soul.
Circuit is designed to strengthen all muscle groups, increase cardiovascular endurance, and coordination all in one body moving class! You’ll condition your body in timed intervals that will leave you feeling supported, strong, and happy!
Power Yoga is an intense all-levels vinyasa class, building heat through fun and fast-paced flows that lead up to strong power holds. Explore a different theme each week, which will include poses to strengthen your core stabilizing muscles, and develop flexibility. This class will leave you feeling open and powerful.
Vinyasa Flow + Meditation
We will guide you through a soulful slow flow practice incorporating mindful movement and breath work to bring harmony to your entire being. After clearing the pathways with flowing movement, you’ll then settle in for a meditation to completely calm and settle your mind and reset your batteries.
Vinyasa Flow is an all levels practice incorporating mindful movement and breath work to bring harmony to your entire being. You'll move with your breath through body shapes that strengthen and stretch your body. Opportunities to deepen a stretch, expand a pose, or modify a sensation will be offered. Every practice is intended to be a complete experience, leaving you centered, grounded, and refreshed.
Warm Detox Flow
This class is practiced in a heated room and is designed to deeply purify the mind, body, and spirit. Expect a vigorous and dynamic vinyasa flow practice that will challenge, strengthen, build stamina and improve flexibility. Please come hydrated and prepared to sweat. This class is best suited for students who have previous vinyasa flow experience, know basic alignment, and are comfortable with common yoga terms.

A meditative approach to yoga, Yin yoga is a slow-paced style where poses are often held from 2-4 minutes to deepen flexibility in the muscles and connective tissue. The poses are designed to improve the flow of qi, the subtle energy said in Chinese medicine to run through the meridian pathways of the body. Improved qi flow is hypothesized to improve organ health, immunity, and emotional well-being.
Yin aims at cultivating awareness of one's inner silence, and is a wonderful complement to more active forms of yoga and exercise. It is also extremely beneficial for stress and anxiety relief. Some classes will end with yoga nidra, a guided meditation, to take you deeper into reflection.
Temperature is 80-85 degrees.
A class structured to help you unwind, de-knot, destress and reset after a long and hectic week. Class will start with dynamic movement, incorporate poses to build strength and finish with relaxing restorative poses and rest. Set to music and offers an inspiring message and a deeply relaxing finish.

Yin + Restore
This therapeutic yoga class is a blend of Restorative & Yin yoga postures to create a gentle/calming practice and is suitable for all levels of experience. Props will be used to support the body as it eases into relaxation and a state of balance and poses are often held for several minutes. There is a focus on the breath, being present in the moment, relieving tension and letting go. The Yin practice includes powerful mental and emotional benefits as its practitioner becomes quiet, still and mindful of the present. Some classes will end with the healing sounds of the crystal bowls to take you into deep bliss.
Yoga Sculpt is a yoga, cardio, and strength fusion. This class is sure to deepen your yoga practice by allowing longer holds in powerful poses, increasing your strength by adding weights, and increasing your cardiovascular fitness all at the same time. Each class will end with a few minutes of relaxation, which allows you receive all the benefits of yoga and fitness, combined!
