Barre Sculpt 

Barre Sculpt is a true total body workout….cardio, yoga, and weight-lifting all in one.  Suitable for all levels, this fun and effective class designed for women is a low-impact, intense, strengthening and toning workout focusing on the whole body---particularly, the legs, seat and abdominals.  Class begins with a warm-up and includes upper body toning exercises, lower body exercises and stretches at a "ballet" barre, and a variety of core exercises.   Combining moves from Pilates, ballet, and yoga, this class will help you achieve long, lean muscles, lift your butt, and create a more toned, sexy midsection.  If you’d like a kick in the butt and would like to burn some extra calories, build bone density, tone up and leave feeling calm and strong then come to this class.  Transform your shape FAST!

Cardio Yoga Sculpt

Cardio Yoga Sculpt is a true total body workout….cardio, yoga, and weight-lifting all in one hour!. The workout can be modified for all fitness levels, and it is a yoga class that is about listening to your body and taking care of yourself. If you’d like a kick in the butt and would like to burn some extra calories, build healthy bone density, tone up those shoulders, biceps and core, and leave feeling calm, strong, refreshed and rejuvenated, then come to this class!

Chill Out

Rest and Renew your body, mind and soul with this relaxing practice.  You’ll be guided into this journey with some long, deep stretches that will unravel tension and lead to deep inner peace.  

Friday Flow Yoga

This all-levels class is great way to unwind from the week and start your weekend! Bring your mind and body into balance with a guided vinyasa flow, during which we’ll practice alignment, breathing, and mindfulness as well as easy stretching. Practice at your own level — everyone is welcome!

Grit & Soul Flow

An uplifting and soulful journey using fluid but powerful core strength — this practice is rooted in the timeless traditions of yoga, infused with music to get lost in, and spiced with inspiration.  Intermediate level.

Hot26 POWER

This class will bring you into deep focus as you concentrate on performing a sequence of 26 poses consecutively in a warm setting. No music. No flow. Simply you, your mind and your body focused. Come master the poses.

Our signature class is a delicious blend that will bring strength, stretch, balance and stress relief.  Come exhale with us!

Power Vinyasa 

If you are looking for a vigorous practice that will challenge you physically and mentally, this is the class for you. This class will stretch and strengthen your body, and cultivate balance. You will be wrung out and then juiced back up, ready to face any challenge that comes your way. Previous experience highly recommended.

Saturday Circuit

Get fit fast! Circuit training is a high volume, low resistance workout with short rest intervals and is geared primarily towards improving muscle tone and definition, enhanced cardiovascular fitness, and burning fat.

Soul Flow + Meditation

We will guide you through a soulful slow flow practice incorporating mindful movement and breath work to bring harmony to your entire being.  After clearing the pathways with flowing movement, you’ll then settle in for a meditation to completely calm and settle your mind and reset your batteries.  Stress and tension are washed away and you leave feeling powerfully connected and blissful.

Soul Flow + Stretch

We will guide you through a soulful slow flow practice incorporating mindful movement and breath work to bring harmony to your entire being.  After clearing the pathways with flowing movement, you’ll then settle into deep stretches to settle your body and nervous system. Leave feeling regenerated and cleansed.

Tabata

HIIT is HOT!  Tabata is a high-intensity, interval training workout protocol that has fitness and weight-loss benefits. It is also a very short workout. Is it like CrossFit? Is it like circuit training? It is a bit of both. Tabata training is attractive because it saves a lot of time for people. It offers the maximum benefit with the least amount of time used to get results. Get fit FAST!

Vinyasa Flow (1/2)

Vinyasa Flow is a mixed-level class and an energetic, flowing series of interconnected postures synchronized with the breath. Each class is different and every practice is intended to be a complete experience, leaving you centered, grounded, refreshed. 

Warm Detox Flow

This class is practiced in a heated room and is designed to deeply purify the mind, body, and spirit. Expect a vigorous and dynamic vinyasa flow practice that will challenge, strengthen, build stamina and improve flexibility. Please come hydrated and prepared to sweat. This class is best suited for students who have previous vinyasa flow experience, know basic alignment, and are comfortable with common yoga terms.

Warm Warrior Flow

In this dynamic vinyasa flow class, Jason will mindfully lead you through a graceful and dynamic practice, incorporating his fluid signature style.  You will cultivate strength and flexibility as you are led on a meditative journey to the soul.  Letting go of all expectations, we encourage self-discovery, exploration and play.

This class is practiced in a heated room at 82 degrees and is designed to deeply purify the mind, body, and spirit.  It is best suited for students who have previous vinyasa flow experience, know basic alignment, and are comfortable with common yoga terms.

Weekend Wind-Down

A class structured to help you unwind, deknot, destress and reset after a long and hectic week. Class will start with dynamic movement, incorporate poses to build strength and finish with yummy restorative poses and rest.  Set to music and offers an inspiring message and a deeply relaxing finish.  All levels.  75 minutes  

Yin Yoga  

Yin Yoga is a quiet, yet intense, practice suitable for students of all levels of experience. This class provides an opportunity to slow down and surrender. The poses are seated, supine or prone and are held for several minutes. There is a focus on the breath, being present in the moment, relieving tension and letting go. The Yin practice includes powerful mental and emotional benefits as its practitioner becomes quiet, still and mindful of the present.

Yin-Storative Therapeutic Yoga

This therapeutic yoga class is a delicious blend of Restorative & Yin yoga postures to create a gentle/calming practice. Props will be used to support the body as it eases into relaxation and a state of balance. Class will end with the healing sounds of the crystal bowls to take you into deep bliss.

Yoga HIITS

Interval training adds a unique twist to traditional flow. Bursts of intensity weave in and out of vinyasa to elevate the heart rate and define muscles. Lift your conditioning to new heights!
