Becky Grawert has been practicing yoga since 2003 and received her RYT 200 hour designation through Lift Yoga. A self-described "yoga mutt," she enjoys teaching and taking classes in all styles, from power flow to restorative. Becky enjoys making each class unique through incorporating themes, playlists, and crystal singing bowls to create a meaningful, meditative flow. She believes that yoga is a wonderful way to align mind, body, and spirit, and she is excited to share her love and knowledge of yoga with others. She feels that the strength, flexibility, focus, and peace that yoga brings is beneficial to all, on and off the mat.
