She went on to compete in fitness competitions and graduated with her bachelors in Health Coaching in 2011.

But it wasn’t until she was pregnant with her first son in 2014 that yoga became a more regular part of her life. Yoga led her on a journey into self-discovery and she became passionate about wellness and the mind-body-spirit connection.
Ashley and her family moved to Johns Creek from Orange County, CA in 2017. Feeing unsettled and displaced, she found Lift Yoga gave her the feelings of connectedness and community she was looking for. As an active seeker of further education, Ashley decided to go through Lift Yoga’s 200-Hr Yoga teacher training in 2018. She is passionate about helping others bring awareness to their bodies while challenging them mentally and physically.
